Terms and Conditions

A rental car may be driven by a person who has at least 3 (three) years of driving experience and holds a Category B driver's license.

The renter must check the oil and coolant levels and tire pressure every time they fill the car's fuel tank or begin a new trip.

Payment for the Car

  • The car rental period begins on the date the handover-acceptance form is signed.
  • The rental agreement becomes effective only after the renter has paid the 30% reservation fee (based on the total contract price), and the rental company guarantees that it will not rent the car to anyone else during the term of the agreement.
  • The vehicle, which is ready for use, will be handed over only after the lessee has paid the full rental fee and a security deposit of 550.00 EUR.
  • If the car is returned in perfect condition, with no visible damage, clean, and with a full tank of fuel, the 550 EUR fee will be refunded to the renter.
  • Civil liability and comprehensive auto insurance are included in the rental price.
  • The tenant must transfer the full rent to the landlord’s account 7 days before the start of the lease.

Other Terms and Conditions

  • The renter is permitted to drive the rental car abroad.
  • The rental company issues the renter a Green Card—civil liability insurance (the renter must ensure that the country they plan to visit is on the Green Card list. Otherwise, the renter must coordinate with the rental company and purchase insurance at their own expense before entering that country).
  • The lessor delivers the vehicle to the lessee with a full tank of fuel and in good working order.
